Dealer Mode Access

Hello,

Can anyone confirm how to get the newer 8.4 Uconnect 5 system in to Dealer mode? I am working with RamCares on an issue and they need me to get in to Dealer mode to confirm the software version. They gave me instructions on how to do so and I can not get the thing in to dealer mode. Anyone else been able to do this?

Incorrect instructions.

Sounds like they are giving you info got uConnect 4 not work. Completely differnet software.
On the 12 inch its in the settings all the way down, on the 8 inch should be a similar idea where it lists all the vehicle menus, there is one for software information.

Nope.
Not on OP's radio.
That's for UC4, OP says he has UC5.
