Dealer has not responded back in weeks regarding their we owe paperwork signed by their managers. Truck needs small dents and scratches fixed that require a day of work on truck... wut to next if they don’t respond soon?

Drive over there with said contract indicating work that needs to be addressed.

We have that signed already stating that the place that was gonna work on it didn’t have the equipment to work on it the day that it was scheduled to be worked on haha have the correspondence emails and that if we don’t have it fixed shortly we will talk to corporate

Corporate. And have a lawyer call them and corporate. Watch how fast it gets done.

Sorry to hear that and it is no way for dealers to treat their customers. I am in Upstate SC and I have a great dealer but not the one closest to where I live. You shouldn't have to be going through the aggravation to get them to do what they had already agreed to on paper.

Stateline dodge..... and that will definitely happen soon plus driver mirror is loose like it’s just about off lol

Try calling the service department and setting up an appointment the next time they have a loaner available. My we owe was handled just like a warranty service.

They won’t even return my calls lol pathetic

That is ridiculous----try to find the owner's name of the dealership and see if you can contact him or her --He or she should be interested in the reputation of the dealership-- or maybe not

You cpuld try something like this...

Type up a letter. Make sure you not only use spell check, but read it.

State that you have a we owe, etc...

Send it certified mail. State the day you want a written response with a day available to schedule it sejt to you by a certain date.

Dont even mention a lawyer. But..

At the bottom, after signature write this:

" //CC: Stevens & Weinstrub Esq. LLC "

Okay, I think I get it now. You live such a long distance from them that they were betting you would never drive that distance for the "we owe" that they gave you. Will there be anybody there on Sunday that can solve what they owe you. Anyhow, it appears that they are a terrible dealer and not interested making good on their "we owe". I am glad for my dealer that takes care of me after the deal is completed, but not all are like that unfortunately. This is just not the way dealers are supposed to treat customers, but all dealers are "independent" and FCA won't or can't get involved sometimes--but they should in my opinion.
