I purchased a 2024 Laramie last week. The battery went dead after 4 days. The dealer said it had to do with the update on the software done at the corporate level. The battery only had 3.2 volts on it when I discovered the problem. I unhooked the battery and charged it for 5 hours, it held a 80% charge for two hours not connected to the truck. I hooked up the battery and went to bed. The dealer erased my truck from any updates. I will look this morning to see if the battery held the charge. I probably should demand a new battery since the existng one was drained down so far. I don't know if it will show damage at this point, but I think it had to be damaged.

That's say "if required". As long as the battery passes the load test, they will not replace it
Keep draining the battery so it goes bad!
