Well had the 2024 ram 1500 rebel GT etorque for a few months and first cold snap won't start...missed out on double time at work today because of this also...not happy. Nothing plugged In no doors or tailgate open but last few weeks I've seen a quick flash on cluster of low battery but too fast to read all...yet truck started with a bit of effort than...now nothing since weather hit zero and a bit of snow today. I jumped it but ran so rough I didn't want to damage anything as even the gas pedal down wouldn't allow truck to rev so it might smooth out or charge battery on own. Truck really sounded that bad again no gas pedal reaction. I assume a tow to dealer and days without an expensive new truck that I need for work...any ideas if it'll damage anything if I let it run rough hoping it'll catch properly so I can drive to my preferred dealership unfortunately further away than the 3 near me that are absolutely horrible...the one further away has been pretty good so far. Ty for info on what it may be as I do know these batteries are terrible from factory as I've changed and shipped out many back to vendor working there. Hopefully not something with this etorque that I assume should have had a charge to be able to still start truck.

You’ll have to get the dealership to do a hard charge on the battery. It happened to me in the spring, keep showing battery low and my etorque would not function. Now, I did sit in the truck with accessories on listening to the radio for about 25-30 minutes a day or two before my battery trouble started. If you don’t drive enough in your daily travels, you’ll end up with a battery that can’t be charged fully.
