Dash trim peeling… 22 1500 Laramie

Has anyone experienced this issue or know of any solutions? Dash trim next to radio has all of a sudden started peeling. I live in southeast Texas so the heat has been crazy but that area is never in direct sunlight.

If out of warranty, that luckily is a piece that should be easy and simple to replace.
