Unfortunately, my new 2019 Longhorn received damage to the driver side door panel. The panel needs to be replaced. The issue is the repair shop can not locate a panel as their are none available. I have a similar issue with my brakes squeaking and being told parts are not available.

Has anyone had a similar issue? I would hope that although these are new models and production is in full swing, but should the customers who have made a purchase be taken care of?

It's been very common on waiting for parts. I would think they've got to start seeing some stock availability at sometime, soon hopefully. Will they even put in an order to show that they need one? Would think once they do that FCA can pull one off the line or from manufacturer and ship. They should be able to communicate up the chain and they should be able to tell them something I would hope. Yes they should be doing more to make these parts available, it's taking too long I feel like for availability

Thank you for the response. Yes, they placed an order and said they were not sure how long.

Interior door panel or exterior skin? My truck was delivered with *very* minor imperfections to the rear driver and front passenger interior panels (door cards), and my dealership ordered replacements for both. They arrived pretty quickly. Ironically / unfortunately, both replacement panels had more noticeable defects than the originals, so I did not have them changed.
