Current build version UC5

Hi there.

Just newly (in the last 3 hours) discovering the world of UC5 bluetooth connection issues etc. I bought a 2022 new to me 2500 Laramie with 12" UC5

I removed the truck from the phone and the phone from the truck
I have soft/hard reset the unit
I am unaware of what I can do next so
I would like to know:

What is the current UC5 build version for a 2022 RAM 2500 LARAMIE GAS with the 12" display (I have FCA-MY23.T27.46-PROD after a factory reset) < -- connect ram trucks states this is up to date but I'd like to confirm.

With the behavior of Bluetooth disconnecting and occasional screen switching on it's own, has anyone come up with other trouble shooting tips in dealing with similar issues?

I have had the truck for 24 hours and I have a feeling I've just bought myself some problems.

I don't know if 2500s are different, but my 2024 Laramie 12" UConnect updated to the same as yours in late 2023.

27.46 is the most recent OTA update. If you're having issues with connectivity, try deleting your user profiles and create a new one. Seems they can get corrupted, and it seems they run better with just one profile. I had some issues over a year ago, deleted and created a new profile and have had no issues since.
