Recently had my side mirror broken and was looking at some replacement mirrors. It is a power folding mirror with heat with no blind spot monitoring, but I came across power folding side mirror with heat and blind spot monitoring. Theoretically, I know the RAMs are plug and play, but on my truck settings I do not see an option for the blind spot monitoring. Anyone have an experience with upgrading their parts like this? Any info would be greatly appreciated!

You need the tail lights with the blind spot module. Won't work otherwise. Look in the mods section for a guide on how to add it if you want it. And this is for 2019 to 2024. If you have a 2025+, then forget about it.
