I know this question is kinda subjective, but how much would one be looking to pay for a bumper to bumper spray paint job (OEM quality) on a full sized pickup truck?

Just wrap it.
Curious. Not to derail but what would that run? I have a Town Car I thought about wrapping it might be about the same since it is a true full size sedan.

Depends on what type of wrap you choose, matte, high gloss, color shift, chrome. For a full size sedan you are looking at $3-7000. Need more data to narrow it down. Also the condition of the existing paint plays in as well.

"cheap" done right, masking off glass and exposed paint areas, $6k-$10k.

Doing it Fully OEM properly, stripping everything ( remove interior and trim and paint all unexposed areas ) and painting the whole body $20k+ or more for a total cab off.
