Constant power 12v etorque

Hi all,

Bit of a basic 2 part question here. I have an etorque truck, and wonder if the truck is shut down and I am pulling constant power from a 12v outlet, is that coming from my 12v battery or the etorque battery?

Also, I believe I have read about the somewhere but can’t find it now: how do you configure the fuse panel so that you can pull 12v from the outlets with the truck off?
