Has anyone thought or tried color matching their chrome bumpers? What’s the cost? Worth it or not?

i like the color matching bumpers but from what i reading in here, they're easy to get paint chip and i'm doing alot of highway driving so chrome bumpers fitted me better, look like new after wash and lil' wax.

Chrome bumpers are definitely more durable than painted ones. But you can cover them with PPF and they'll stand up well to rock chips. Personally, I'm not a fan of chrome on newer vehicles. An alternative to painting them would be to vinyl wrap them.

I’ve got body color bumpers and yes, they’ve got quite a collection of rock chips..but so does the chrome sections of the grill & side mirrors.
New Mexico...why we can’t have anything nice!

^^^. Shoot try coming to New Jersey once in awhile lol.
