I got a 3” BDS Lift kit installed with the DSC Fox shocks. Right away i figured i should upgrade the sway bar links so I went ahead and ordered SuspensionMaxx end links for leveled trucks. I have had the lift kit now for 2 weeks and the end links for about a week. I am starting to notice a clunk on the front drivers side when going into my driveway going over a small bump or if a hard breaking situation to a complete stop. While stoping the clunk comes after a full stop when the body of the truck comes back up after a nose dive. Where should I start looking? The lift kit was installed by 4 wheel parts and they marked every bolt they touched and none of them moved. The end links i installed myself.

Looking at the first picture, I'm wondering if the UCA is hitting the reservoir fitting right above it. Check to see if you have any marring of the paint there.

I will check on that, thank you. I am going today to my local Ram dealer to calibrate the speedo for 35” tires and I will go back to 4wheelparts to get the bolts checked. They told me to come back after 500 miles to get them re torqued

My vote is for triple checking your endlink tightness.

You were right i found the culprit it was the nut on the top of end link holding the sway bar View attachment 144087
Is that a locknut, and do you know how it became loose? If not, it may be worth throwing some blue loctite (medium strength) on those or getting a locknut.

Yeah, that’s why I mentioned the blue. The red (high strength) is for when you don’t want it to come off, and you understand/accept that you might have to heat it up to get it off.

I would use red Loctite. It's not that you have to remove the end link every week. Proparbly will be on for the rest of the trucks life, unless you change things out again. Use a small torch, heat it up and it will come loose.
