Clipped my new mirror

Clipped my tow mirror on brand new ram 1500 laramie. Mirror works but is a bit loos and now folds forward too. Fixable problem or total replacement of mirror?

I squished mine a couple days ago. I was able to take it apart and pop it back together(lucky). I thought it was broken initially, but after messing with it figured out it just popped loose.

I'm suspecting the same but help this City slicker first time pickup owner - how do i take it apart? do i have to remove the whole door panel?

Also didn't catch on that that level 2 and tow mirrors = non retractable mirrors and no 360 view
