Cleaning window rubber trim??

I searched but haven't found this topic covered yet. When I roll my windows down, specifically my driver window, there are always new streaks on the window when I roll it back up. Is there a way to somehow clean down in that rubber trim where the window goes down?

I would use alcohol on a lint free cloth.

Try a paper towel around a putty knife.

But you know, as soon as there is dew or frost on the glass, it'll start it again.

This is on the inside of the window. I'm going to try cleaning it today.
