Check engine light

Any ideas when ram is coming out with a fix to the check engine light that keeps coming on.2025 ram and I wish I never bought it.

Check engine lights come on for a multitude of emission related issues. This can happen on any vehicle.

What codes come up when you pull the codes? The codes will guide you, or the service department, to the correct route for eliminating the issue. If you don’t have a code reader, go to Auto Zone or a similar parts place and they’ll pull the codes for free and clear the codes.

The service department is aware of the code and says it's on rams end.Something to do with an update.Ive used the obd and it's coming up as a misfire.

I had a CEL at about 2900 miles from a misfire. The dealership flashed the firmware and it went away. It hasn't come back in 1k miles so fingers crossed.
Gas mileage improved and it stopped hunting up and down through the RPM on cold start.
