Hello,
I took delivery of my 2025 Ram last October or thereabout. The truck has the Tow Tech Group, the Trailer Tow Group, and the Chrome Power Fold Trailer Mirrors.
Can the Trailer Mirrors be removed and replaced with standard mirrors, and does everything still function?
I ask because the Tailer mirrors have such a large blind spot when coming to a stop sign, turning left or right, or driving through a roundabout. The mirrors are tall, and you can't see over them. Instead, you have to look around the mirror (on both sides repeatedly) to make sure there isn't a vehicle to your left or right. My wife hates them, and I have become used to the process. They are great for looking behind at the trailer or oncoming traffic, but they are an accident waiting to happen!

Does anyone know?

Ha, I have no idea about replacing them, but I totally agree. I too have gotten used to them, but it's a chore. I noticed they are similar to the mirrors on the 3500s. When I first got the truck, the mirror cameras automatically turned on to show what was in the blind spot. I found it distracting and immediately turned that off, but I wonder if I would get used to glancing at the screen to see if I was missing something. Love them, but man, they are huge, and yeah, an accident waiting to happen.

I switched my tow mirrors to regular mirrors on my 2025 Bighorn. Everything worked just keep in mind the Bighorn does not have surround cameras.

I know some people didn’t like them for whatever reason but I thought the old flip up tow mirrors where the best mirrors Ram ever made. When tipped in looked like normal mirrors and flipped out were great for most trailering. These new giant mirrors on Rams and Fords look ridiculous and as pointed out numerous times can be dangerous.

I would replace them with the old style tow mirrors if you need tow mirrors. They look like the regular mirrors but can flip up for tow mirrors.
