Center 8.4" display Quit

Well almost, it tells me to turn the switch to run or start the engine. And that is all except for a lean menu at the top and bottom. It does recognize the android app, but will not load it. Tells me to turn the ignition on when driving down the street. Is there a way to poke it or take it to the dealer? 2023 Big Horn with the 8.4" display.

The dealer showed me how to reset the 8.4" display. Push and hold the two physical control buttons for 10 seconds with the engine running. It reset. However, he first tried it with the engine not running, that didn't work. It's been working fine since.
