Does anyone know if CDI number can be stacked with the discounts when ordering? Does the CDI help as the discounts here already look great. Thanks.

By the program rules, yes it can.
How it gets applied, if the deal is already below the CDI threshold, is up to the discretion of the dealer - but can and should be arranged and agreed in advance.
