I was hoping someone might be able to help me out with my 2019 Ram 1500 Limited. The other day the audio from my iphone 8 connected via usb cable stopped working only with phone calls. The people on the other end can hear me but i can't hear them. What is really weird is that the phone charges via the cable fine and other apps like pandora will have audio just fine. Its only when calling. The issue happens when the phone is connected via bluetooth as well. I have tried adjusting the volume on the screen during the call but still no audio. I placed my phone in another vehicle and it started to work just fine with carplay, its only when my phone is in my truck.
