CarPlay limited selection in motion

Hi guys, I’m new to the RAM world, I was wondering if there was anyway to disable the limited music selection on the native iPhone music app while in motion. Kind of defeats the purpose if I still have to pick my phone up and manually change a song or playlist. Is this some kind of coding the dealer can change or if alfaOBD can do it? I’ve used CarPlay systems in ford vehicles and this does not happen. TIA!

This is a CarPlay safety feature, not specific to Ram. You can Google this. I’m not sure why it would have been different in a Ford.
