Carplay and Navigation

Is it possible to have Apple Carplay and Navigation at the same time. Everytime I try to add Navigation it goes to the Maps on Carplay. Attached is an image of what I want.

2021 Ram 1500 limited.

I think the answer is "no", but I'm wondering why you would want to use the OEM nav when you are using Carplay that has its own, more up to date, nav.
