Do you have the piece of the retainer that broke off? Is that for the antenna on the module for Uconnect?

I have searched over and over again and i cannot find that piece that broke off. I got a close up shot of the piece from another radio module. Not sure what the plug is for. I got my part from a salvage yard that was shipped to me.

If I am not mistaken the White port next to the blue one is am/fm radio. I am far from an expert on any of this. Since I am learning from my own problems. But if it is broke and can't find the piece you are SOL. If I had the piece, and was going to keep the module. I would have tried a 2 part epoxy and tried to glue it back. Let it sit for 24 hrs, and be very gentle putting the cable back in. IMHO I would send it back, and let them know it is messed up. Here is one on ebay Module. I don't know what year you have. Or how much you paid for a unit used, and who knows was tested. But in reality I would just go to Infotainment and deal with them. Everyone I speak to that has used them. Has nothing but good things to say. If I can't get my problem solved by a simple dealer update. They are the people I am dealing with.

That is the white Fakra port for your AM/FM antenna.
1st option is to take one off of another unit to glue it on to repair this unit.
2nd option is to glue an extension to the module which would allow you to plug in the AM/FM connector into.
We sell the extensions, click here to see.
3rd option is to send the module into us and we will repair the fakra then send it back to you.

There go your options. If you have the orginal module, you can take it off and put it on the one from the salvage yard and hope.
Get the extension and do it yourself. Or send it to infotainment if you feel uncertain doing one of the other options.
I would even think about sending the orginal unit in, and have them look at it. You can't be sure the salvage unit will work unless the salvage yard benched tested it. Then guarantee they will take it back if it doesn't work. I am sure having infotainment put the FARKA connector on the salvaged unit will be ok. But I would also have them bench test it, and make sure your not throwing money away. I never thought of asking why you had to get a used module.
