Can the Pulsar be used with a peddle commander

Going to do a pulsar a cold air intake and flowmaster flow fx with the value in the spring time but was going to put a peddle commander on now just wanted to know if it will be ok with the pulsar on the truck
2019 Ram 1500 Sport Hemi
Also any advice on a cold air intake like the S&B but want the most power I can get
