I'm considering trading my '22 today for a '23. Noticed yesterday when I was at the dealer that the MFT on the new truck is off center, it's sitting more toward the Passenger side.
Perhaps not a big issue, but something that may drive me crazy.

I notified the salesman about the issue, but am just curious if there is anything that can even be done. I know at one point there were some tailgate recalls, but not sure this falls into that category.

Thanks.

Are you talking about the entire tailgate being shifted top the passenger side or the split between the two doors?

There were no recalls for the MFT.
The MFT has it's own frame, not sure if that can be adjusted. You can see what I am talking about be opening the tailgate like normal and see the posts.

I looked at it again, seems the door that is on the drivers side, is pushed to the right. essentially, the gap between the doors is to narrow, and the gap on the drivers side is larger than the gap on the passenger side.

There is at lease one older thread here about re-centering the tailgate. Spend a few minutes searching the General Discussion and Exterior forums for that thread. The standard and multi function tailgates mount to the truck using the same hinges, so it stands to reason that re-centering them would use the same method.
