My truck has a ReadyLife kit with a 3.5” lift in the front and 2” in the rear. This kit was used: https://www.customwheeloffset.com/s...ft-35-sst-lift-kit-2019-2021-ram-1500-2wd-4wd

I’ve changed my tires/wheels and want to lower it to simply a 2” level in the front. I’m thinking I can just have a few parts removed to achieve this lift: https://www.customwheeloffset.com/s...w-tubular-control-arms-ram-1500-4wd-2019-2021

Can I simply remove the lift in the rear and the puck in front to get down to a simple 2” level? I’m not technical and will have a local shop do the work. Can one of you experts out there advise?

Also, here are a few pics you can see showing the change in tires/wheels. The ride on the smaller wheels is amazing even though it doesn’t look nearly as nice.

I’m pretty sure the puck spacer that sits above the strut is 2” and the preload spacer that you have to take the strut apart for is the spacer that you need to remove to get to 2” in the front. That was a mouthful, but I hope you get what I’m saying.

Yes, remove the preload spacer, and leave the tophat spacer … It will ride better that way …. Might wanna replace the rear 2” with a 1” …. When our trucks are perfectly level, they tend to appear “nose high” …. Besides, ya wanna leave just a little rake
