Can’t use hands free when connected to CarPlay

When on a call, and on Bluetooth, we can hear the other party through the speaker and they can hear us through the mic, but if connected through USB to CarPlay we cannot.
Anyone else expert this issue?

I am having the same problem. I am taking it to the dealer tomorrow.

I got mine fixed. Plug in the phone and go to car play, activate Siri or make a call then turn up the volume.
