I did a 8.4 non nav to 12” upgrade. Camera was fine with old radio. Never an issue. It works part time on 12”. Rest of time it glitches or get full distortion. I’m sure it’s been asked. Hard to find a thread. Any help be appreciated. Dealer did swap the camera itself and it’s still an issue. If something I can do rather easy I will.

Do you have a pic of what it looks like when it’s distorted? Are there separate part numbers for the tailgate cam with 8” vs 12”
