Just thinking, caliper covers yes or no? Are they tacky, don’t see many posts about them, rough county carries a decent selection. Just an opinion

I have them on mine. Better looking then factory calipers. I thought about painting them. But these were sold by a member on here for cheap.

I have used them on several vehicles. They look good and get the job done without risking caliper damage by painting. I have always used MGP Caliper Covers Homepage - MGP Caliper Covers
They are reasonably priced and easy to customize.

Makes it look like you’re trying to make them look like some big brake kit that they are not. Just keep the stock one clean and not caked up with brake dust give them a clean when you clean your rims.

Personally I think they look tacky. They all look fake, because they are. Nobody really thinks you have big brakes on your truck with caliper covers.

Put RC caliper covers on my black 2022 Limited Longhorn just to add a little color. Sorry guys, no intention of making anyone think I have Big Brakes.

And thats exactly what you achieved… a alibaba fake big brake kit. If you wanted red calipers just clean and paint the stockers or just leave them alone calipers shouldn’t stick out unless they’re some big brake setup but to each his own.

Totally agree with this. No need to draw attention to regular/basic brakes. If I was to do anything I would clean/paint them when I had to service my brakes but it would be a subtle color or just a refresh to make them look new again. No red or lime green etc.

Looks especially tacky when youre running stock wheels….
