Hello,
Anyone know why my cabin filter has this indentation after use?

There wasn't one that's why I mentioned it. Anyway, it looks like when it was pushed in something was in there or something caught it. But that's not normal.

Because it was jammed into the housing instead of slowly installing it to ensure that this didn't happen. The way the housing is made you have to angle the filter into the opening and the left side usually gets deformed like that. That and the filter frame being cardboard is the reason I replaced mine with a K&N which doesn't deform on insertion. The deformation also allows unfiltered air to bypass filter and may be why so many people complain of dusty cabins
