CA legal mods for 5.7

Wanting to boost the performance on my 2021 Laramie. Almost every mod I’ve came across is not legal in CA. Anyone else with better luck? Looking to increase horsepower

You need the TRX mod. Little expensive though.....about $20k

I believe the Mopar ram air intake should be. But it ain't cheap.
