C (?) pillar trim removal?

Not sure if its the C pillar, but its the trim piece that the rear seat belt comes out of? How do I get it off? '21 Ram 1500.
 
This PDF is for another repair, but it does show how to get the headliner down,
including the upper A, B and C pillars.
