Bumper alignment passenger side

Hi there everyone. I'm new here and though we'll if somebody could help me fix my bumper alignment issue on my passenger side. The top portion of the bumpers side is up and causing the bottom corner to go inwards towards the tire. I noticed this when I got my new tires 33x12.50s that there's more clearance on close to full lock on the driver side then the passenger. When closing to locking the wheels to the left, the passenger side looks like its a about to rub on the bumper but it doesn't rub, I've attached photos hopefully you cans can. Notice what I'm taking about in the photo
