Since I am the second owner, I am still discovering new things about my 2019 Ram 1500 Ltd.…..today I was looking at build sheet and saw that I have protection group: Fuel Tank, Transfer Case, Steering Gear, Front Suspension, etc. Skid plates.

I most likely will never do Rock Crawling or any hard-core off-roading but just wondering whether these Skid plates help if I was to ever go off-roading. I read somewhere (not this site) that Stock skid plates are sometimes there for show (on paper) and not as good as after-market skid plates.

I also saw “Easy Order” what does this mean? Maybe the first owner was an easy customer to sell the truck to therefore easy order??? :ROFLMAO:

I think easy order means it's a standard build order.
