BTS tire options w/stock wheels and no lift

I have a 2020 BTS and want to go with bigger rubber once my 275/55/20s get balder than Larry David. I like the stock wheels, and don’t plan on lifting. Anyone have experience as to what sizes will fit with no rubbing? I’m open to spacers if needed. Thanks, and sorry if this has already been covered. I don’t have time to search the forums at present.

Did you ever decide what your going with? This isn't helpful but I just ordered Wildpeak AT3W tires for my 1500 (not BTS, Leveled or Lifted) in 275/60/20. Hoping they fit okay.
