hey guys i have a 2019 rebel.no etorqe.14k miles.some times when i try and start it up.the brake pedal will not go down all the way to start truck.first i thought it was the battery.so a tow truck guy came togive my truck a boost.i tried it and nothing happen.he gets in and mash the brake all the way down.i mean he forces it 
..started right up
..its intermittant some time good day other times it will not work.but i know what to do next time.but this is not good .what do you all think
