Brake Pedal Noise - 2025 Limited

Hi All,
Just picked up the 2025 Limited this week.
I'm noticing some noise when I hit the brake pedal. It sounds like a "crunching" noise in the early throw of the pedal, from what seems to be under the dash.
I'll look deeper in the daylight to the exact location, but curious if anyone else has had similar sounds from the pedal?

Same here with my Limited-- it's driving me crazy. I didn't notice it until I was 400 miles from the dealer on the way home.
I just went to by the dealer yesterday to see what they said. What a surprise, I got a crazy answer.
He said, "give it some time to break in". It's not normal and I don't think it's gonna change. My other 3 rams since '14 didn't make any noise. Let me know if you find out anything. For the moment, I'm just turning up my radio.

It is most likely a normal noise. The system isn't like any of the other brake systems in previous years. It doesn't have a traditional brake booster/push rod style. Many Jeep people complain about the noise in a similar system. If you open the hood and look at the master cyl/brake booster, you find a hydraulic control unit assembly. The noise is most likely the motor/pump energizing

I had the same crunch sound issue the first few weeks, so I moved the pedal up and down a few times (power up/down)
It is all good after a couple of thousand miles.
I had the dealer look at the mechanism and was told it is ok.

Mine has not mellowed out at 950 miles. Let me know what the dealer says.
