I recently installed Bilsteins 6112s in front (+1.5 inch lift) / 5100s (level) in rear on my 2020 1500 Laramie V6, and now noticeably bounces up and down (like driving on a washboard) around 40-42mph. At 35 it's fine, and at 45 it's fine, but it's almost like it hits a resonance frequency around 40mph.

Anyone seen anything like this? I brought it back to the installer, they checked everything but couldn't find anything wrong. Tires were rotated & recently balanced, rubber almost brand new.

I'm hoping someone on this forum might have any ideas...

Speed specific bounce sounds like a tire balance issue. Move front tires to rear and see if it changes.

If I had this problem I would find a different shop to redo the tire balance.

It was actually done twice: once by the dealer before the install (fixed the noticeable steering wheel wobble), and once more by the shop.

To clarify, what bounces is the whole truck evenly. Steering wheel stays straight, it's more like the whole truck evenly goes up and down, causing the fat on my arms to shake lol

Sounds like the "fix" to your steering wheel wobble was they moved the problem tire to the rear.

If the balance is out (possibly a bad tire) at the rear the steering wheel stays straight.

Yep try road force balancing them not all shops do this type of balancing and can make all the difference.

Did you get an alignment done after the lift?
