Bought a new 2025 Ram Limited with Ram boxes, since that is the only way to order them. Need help finding an aftermarket roll up cover that works. I have tried Access and BAK Revolver X2, they do not work with the rail system the truck has, see picture attached. Anyone out there know of one that works?? Needs to be a roll up, I hate the folding ones. TIA

Are you trying a Revolver that is MADE for the RamBox? I know they make one specifically for the RamBox.

Please let me know what you find out. I'm looking at putting the Revolver X4 on mine with RamBoxes.

Yes they are for the Ram Box, but they do not slide onto the bed utility group rails I have, they for the silver rails I do not have.

If it’s anything like the 19-24s you pretty much gotta get the silver rails to have any choice for a cover besides the factory trifold. Your best choice is to purchase and installing the silver rails (if they’re are even available for the 25s separately yet ( 19-24 rails might fit and be the same) i don’t think anything in the bed changed during the refresh

I'm getting used to the fold up one that came with my Tungsten also. My 13 Longhorn and my 19 Limited i had the Access Lorado low profile roll up cover installed. ( no Ram Boxes ) Loved them. I giving the fold up one a chance cause i was told by a few peeps once i get used to it it will be fine.

Most aftermarket tonneau covers will require that you have the OE silver cargo rails to install the tonneau rails. For the Rambox bed, the black rails don't support the tonneau rails and brackets. You can purchase the silver rails from your local Ram dealer. The part numbers for the Rambox 1500 are 68027048AD and 68027049AD.

Ram should not be shoving the Ram Boxes on everyone who buys a Limited or Tungsten. I prefer the normal bed style. If you want a Ram Box , then order it. They must have got a demand from the supplier to take more of them in order to get a reduced price or some other absurd reason.
3 things would keep me from ever owning a Limited or Tungsten, Ram Box, air suspension, and power side steps. The Laramie would be my top model.

RetraxPro XR, designed to work with RAM boxes, even has a bed rack option, best of all worlds.

I never would have ordered the Ram Boxes if they gave us a choice. Now i'm glad i have them. What don't you like about the power side steps? Had them on my 19 Limited and won't buy another truck without them. For me i think they make the truck look better not seeing them.

I prefer the fixed side steps for protection when parking, another thing to prevent rocks and debris from being thrown against the truck, and the added complexity of the power steps, another thing to go wrong. I can't imagine how they would work in a heavy snowfall.

What you all fail to mention is the limited does come with a regular bed, you just have to order the 6.4 box.
Easy pies, if you want ram box you are stuck with the 5.7 bed. Tungsten is probably the same way.

I'm a fan of the Ram Box, and would have ordered them if they didn't come by default on the smaller bed. In all my trucks, I've always stored things under the rear seat - it is nice to not need to do that anymore.

The 6.4 box will not fit in my garage. The 5.7 is the limit and that only leaves me an inch or 2 to shut the garage door. This is another reason the boxes should not be standard.

You can drop the power folding steps when parked to protect the truck.

No thanks, i would rather have fixed steps. Don't need something else to do every time I get out of the truck. Fixed is there permanently. No motors, software updates needed. Erie Pa, 120 miles north of me, and the surrounding areas recently had 5 feet of snow over 4 - 5 days. How do you think the power steps would have worked in that case? Probably wouldn't. They would be frozen solid with snow.

Thank you for the help.
