Bolt Identification

This weekend I was refilling my wiper fluid and found these bolts sitting by my windshield wipers. I assume the dealership left these out when they were working on my truck a few months back. I’ve never seen anything like them. Does anyone know what they are?

Did you find them in the wiper cowl like that? What did the dealer do in your truck?

those actually look like valve cover bolts...

The had my truck completely apart chasing a check engine code associated with the air dam. They replaced a lot of things on my truck, to the point of rewiring it eventually. It was in the shop for four months before they located the issue, which was the power distribution center. I just stopped in and they said they don’t recognize them. I thought they might be valve cover bolts too, but they aren’t.
