I’ve read that in the past folks have issues with the 12” screen, mainly the backup camera screen being blue and advising backup camera unavailable. I have a 2020 1500 with only 3000 miles and I’m getting this as well. I read where an update was required but that was over a year ago.

Had this happen to me this morning for first time (had it for 1.5 years, 7000 miles). It happened after heavy rain. FM radio would also keep cutting out every few seconds no matter what station. Started and shut off truck a few times, but nothing fixed.
Let truck sit for a few hours and started up. Everything working normally
