Blackvue 750 dashcam - cigarette lighter power

In the 2020 Ram 1500 the cigarette lighter on top of the console is a direct to the battery outlet meaning it always has power.
My question is if I plug my Blackvue camera into this power outlet will it kill my battery if I’m driving regularly ? Anyone else use this outlet for dashcam?

That doesn’t have constant power. My dash cam is plugged into it. If I don’t drive for more than a week the memory always resets because it dies.

Some have always -on power some don’t. It’s a fuse setting that dictates that.

Yeah mine does (also has the battery logo not the key logo) , I’m mostly just concerned if it will leave me with a dead battery or not.
