Nothing new but I have a big horn with chrome trim including the grill handles etc. I really like the white with black trim look. (Emblems etc.) anyone who has done this on a 19+ white ram can you take pics.

Did you Plasti dip or buy covers or paint or what?

Mine’s not white but I blacked out all the emblems by just ordering each OEM emblem (or set of them) off Amazon or eBay. Then I used fishing wire, a plastic prying tool, eraser wheel and hair dryer to remove the old chrome emblems and adhesive, and just stuck on the new ones over the overlay from the old ones. The emblems all come with adhesive already

The R A M emblem on the front just snaps off and you snap on the new ones. Easy Peasy

I thought about going the Plastidip route but honestly the new OEM emblem route was a lot quicker and less hassle (you gotta do multiple, cycles with the Plastidip as well as cover up all the surrounding areas with newspaper or masking tape.)

Good luck.

I did this too, although in hindsight I think I would have taken off all the badges & sprayed them with Hyperdip (the new, better version of plastidip) and then reapplied the badges. Would’ve saved me damn near $200 lol. It’s ridiculously easy removing the badges to paint them.

Hood badges can be a pain to remove. I know mine were, even with the right pry tools. YMMV.

Blacked out and spruced up the badges I left on...

Lol ha! Just checked yours out. How has the plastic dip on the grille held up? That’s something I’ve been toying with

I‘ve replaced it with black OEM letters for a more permanent solution. I love PD, but I mainly do it initially to see how it looks and then switch to black badging.

Also replaced the hood emblems and RAM badging on the doors with black pieces. The only plastidip piece I have left is the RAM emblem beneath the tailgate handle, which I will have to re-dip soon since it‘s starting to show a little bit of chrome on the edges (did not do as many coats as I should have).
