Bighorn Dash & Door Panel Materials

I am guessing this is faux leather. Does that mean I should NOT use leather cleaner on it? I did some research on the forum and see what others are using but most are talking about it on their limited or Laramie trim packages that also have leather seats.

What should I use to clean my dashboard and side panels?

Pretty sure its plastic. If what you're talking about is like the dash material. If so I just use Chemical Brothers interior protector.
