Was playing with the 0-30 and 0-60 timers on the live settings of the tazer DT, and it looks to be accurate enough to compare times recorded with your future times as you mod if you arent spinning. I landed 6.54 twice in the 0-60 on a flat deserted road with my quickest 0-30 being 2.37. When I eventually order and install a catback , this 0-60 tool will accurately tell me my improvements/losses if any at all without a tune. You can fool the timer with wheel spin, i roasted them in 2wd on a 0-30 and it read 2.00 seconds but I'm stating my trucks stock times unloaded using 4WD AUTO.Temperature in the 60's, sea level. Nearly full 26 gal tank as well.
Anyone to do this with maybe tire upgrades? Could possibly get an accurate reading on how much let's say a set of new 10ply 34"s or 35"s and the increased rotating mass effects the 0-60 compared to the 37lb 2 ply bridgestones and the light stock wheels. Was interested if someone with 3.21 gears would manage better or worse than the 3.92 too! I have the video, but having trouble with uploading at the moment
