bigger tires

I'm a new Ram owner. 2020 Laramie quad 5.7L HEMI. Stock tires 275/65/18. Want to put the largest tires possible with out rubbing at full turn, no lift kit. 295/70/18?, 305/70/18 ? Thanks so much.

I would suggest 275/70 but again even though it’s the same size, not all tires measure out the same way.
