Bigger tires with 1/2 lift?

Longtime lurker first poster here. Finally bought a 2022 1500 a couple weeks ago. Crew cab 4x4, non-ORG, Night edition. I've had lifted trucks before and wanting to keep this one relatively stock. I've seen they make a 1/2" front spacer/lift block and was wondering has anyone put 275/60/20's on stock rims with the 1/2 lift spacer? Thanks

1/2 inch wont really ad much. Not even sure it would be worth it to install a 1/2 inch front lift. I have this size with a 2" level on mine, and its pretty much perfect. no issues whatsoever.
