Bedrug and bed light kit?

I currently have the drop in bedliner and looking for something different. Anyone have both the bedrug and bed lights? Want to see if they are compatible and which to install first.

Yes I just cut out the area for the lights. Easy just use a cutter knives.

Yeah...that makes sense. I guess I was worried about the extra thickness. I don't know how the light kit fits if it was more of a clamp that can tighten down or fixed tabs that just pop in the holes for the bed lights.
