When I drive over some mildly rough pavement I hear a lot of noise from the truck bed on my 2500 gas. When towing I don’t hear this. How can I quiet this down.

following .... I am having the same issue, I get a low bass like thumping sound when going over Bott Dots, rough patches of road and ruts. I am wondering if the factory spray in bed liner or the wheel well liners are creating this issue. I have checked to make sure the spare is secure and tight. Tailgate bushings are good. I am playing with tire pressure at the moment. My Ram came with Goodyear Wrangler AS tires.
