Bed inner fender well

Is there supposed to be an inner fender well on top or was that likely cost savings?
Both sides are the same, so....

Some models come with it, but I highly recommend that you invest in a set if you’re going to keep it long term.

it's both sides and comes with new hardware. i installed them on both my trucks it takes about 1/2 hour a side the bottom of the trim/mud flap clips broke both times they are plastic and i got new one's for top dollar at advance (doorman) if i planned ahead i would have got them from amazon. they come with instructions.

Sorry to ask if this has been brought up before, but can't seem to find a definitive answer. Can anyone confirm that the Mopar rear wheel well liners typical listed for up to 2025 model year will fit the 2026?
