New to forum and wanted to share something. I purchased a 2020 1500 big horn crew cab night edition last week in granite crystal (pics to come) and transferred my ranch bed cap from my 2016 big horn. The fit was surprisingly good. The new beds are about a quarter inch narrower on each side but not very noticeable and saved me thousands. I went to wire the third light yesterday and realized there is no white wire in the harness under the bed like there was in my 2016. Researched and the apparently Chrysler wants you to run a wire to the sill plate on drivers side. So, I took it to my cap and hitch dealer and had them wire it. Installer said there is a wire now behind the drivers taillight you can tap into. Everything works great now.
